Nolixo ("the app", "we", "our") is a personal energy tracking app for iOS. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the app uses, how it is stored, and your rights.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

Nolixo does not collect, transmit, or share any of the following:

• Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number)
• Account credentials — there are no accounts
• Usage analytics or crash reports sent to us
• Advertising identifiers
• Any data sent to external servers

3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

All data created in Nolixo is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This includes:

• Energy log entries (level, timestamp)
• Optional location names attached to logs (if you enable location)
• App preferences (reminders, haptics, appearance)

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly back it up via iCloud (controlled entirely by your iOS settings, not by us).

4. Location Data

Location access is entirely optional. If you enable it in Settings, Nolixo requests "When In Use" permission to attach a place name (e.g. "London") to your energy log. This data is:

• Stored only on your device
• Never transmitted to any server
• Never shared with third parties

You can disable location access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Nolixo.

5. Notifications

If you enable reminders, Nolixo schedules local notifications on your device. These are processed entirely by iOS and do not involve any external servers or push notification services.

6. Third-Party SDKs

Nolixo contains no third-party SDKs, analytics libraries, advertising frameworks, or tracking tools of any kind.

7. Children's Privacy

Nolixo does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The app contains no user accounts and no data collection, making it safe for all ages.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
